Queering the Bible Study
Join us as we look at Scripture through the lens of queerness! We'll be starting with the gospel of Mark. Meeting every third Wednesday of the month at 6:00pm in the Parlor.
Pantry Fundraiser
Come celebrate spring and the good work of the Central Presbyterian Church pantry with a silent auction, life music, and hors d'oeuvres. Our pantry serves over 700 households in the Hyde Park neighborhood and across Kansas City. We open every week to provide pantry staples, fresh produce, hygiene items, pet food, clothing, and a loving welcome to neighbors of all ages and situations. Tickets are $25, and additional sponsorship opportunities will be available. Your contributions help cultivate a vital ministry that our community needs now more than ever!
Troost Stations of the Cross
Join Troost Alliance, local churches, and neighbors for Good Friday Stations of the Cross on Troost. We will meet and begin outside of the KCPS offices at 2901 Troost and walk south, stopping to give thanks for local services and pray for them and those they serve along the way. The route will end outside of Troost 39 and St. James Catholic Church.
Maundy Thursday
Join us for worship on Maundy Thursday. Communion (including a full meal) will be served as we remember the love of God for us. We will gather in the Dining Room at Central at 5:30pm.
Martin Luther King, Jr. Day

Hyde Park Community Social with Hot Cocoa
We’re opening our doors to the neighborhood for the Hyde Park Community Social on Sunday, January 11th, from 4:00-6:00PM. Stop by for hot cocoa, conversation, and a chance to extend hospitality to our Hype Park neighbors.

Central Presbyterian welcomes Sherri Finke, Ministry Relations Officer for the Central Region, for a practical conversation on wills, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.
